Visit my channel & recipes at: www.youtube.com (Sorry, had to do that, as someone is stealing my videos and posting them elsewhere) Dressing: 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. lime juice 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced 2-3 tsp. minced canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. ground allspice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. sour cream Whisk it all together. 1/4 c. chopped cilantro to be added later! This dressing is awesome!!! 12 c. shredded iceburg lettuce 3/4 to 1 lb. roast beef or steak (use the fajitas beef to save time!), sliced small 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 medium sized tomatoes cut into wedges 1 large avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced 1 cup tortilla chips broken up Layer things evenly...
